Course menu

Fresh seafood such as caught alfonsino and raw tuna are available throughout the year, and from early summer onwards wild sea oysters, early summer sardines and horse mackerel are available, from early autumn pufferfish and saury, at the end of autumn raw mackerel and spear squid, and from December monkfish and gurnard are available for the menu.
